The engineer who came to service my air conditioning unit, placed a red bucket into my bathroom wash basin to fill with water without asking. Unfortunately he broke the tap unit. At the time he admitted liability and was very apologetic, however they have since suggested he did not do the damage (which is totally untrue)
Its a shame they took this attitude as a simple written apology, and a commitment to re-train staff would have been enough. I was not even asking to have the tap fixed at that time.
