Terrible, I asked acorn to visit my property to get a quote in 2021, Dan the owner visited as planned, after that? Nothing, not one email or phone call to provide a quote, I chased this up in 2022, a whole year later, and he emailed me to say he did send the quote and would resend, and again nothing, if they can’t be bothered to even send a simple quote then I will be happy to avoid this company to avoid parting my money
