Screedflo Ltd is a specialist in the manufacturer and installation of flowing liquid anhydrite screed, with over 15 years of experience.

We control the complete process from manufacture of liquid screed to installation, so you can be sure of receiving the highest quality products and excellent service.

With the focus on sustainable building, anhydrite screed can reduce the carbon footprint of the building, as the binder is made from recycled material. Calcium sulphate based screeds conduct heat more efficiently than traditional screed and so are perfect for use with renewable energy systems such as ground and air source heat pumps. We have a range of products suitable for most building projects, including our fast drying screed, Screedflo Rapide.

Our screed is batched on site using our Bremat mobile batching units. So, although it is similar to Gyvlon and Gypsol anhydrite screeds delivered in ready mix trucks, we can supply the exact amount required and there is no waste. Also, we can supply and install more than one type of screed per visit, so if you require one of our premium products, such as a higher strength, or thin screed, in part of the property and our standard liquid screed in another, this is possible.

Along with the excellent quality control of the product, the mobile batching unit allows us to ensure guaranteed delivery times, as the lorry arrives on site with all the dry materials required for the job before we start installing the screed. We can batch up to 9m3 with one lorry and 17m3 with a refill of sand. Larger volumes are possible where required.

As we batch the material on site, we can control the volume produced to meet your exact requirements, so there is no waste, and we normally carry extra material on the vehicle if it is needed.

Liquid screed can be installed much faster than standard sand and cement screeds, and areas of over 600m² are possible in a day. There is no mess on site, as the materials are stored on our vehicles. All we require is a mains pressure water supply on site and either a lined skip or bins to wash out the screed hoses at the end of the screed installation.

We can supply and install screed to projects of all sizes from 1m³ to over 20m³ per day. So if you have a small domestic extension or a larger development, we can provide you with a first class liquid screed installation service.

The areas we cover are Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Greater London.

• We batch to the nearest 0.1m3 required, if slightly more or less is required, we will adjust the order ( subject to maximum loading)
• We can batch more than one product on the day, if different products are required, such as Screedflo Extra in the garage and standard Screedflo in the house.
• Less water used as the product is batched onsite, so does not require additional water on arrival. With ready mix trucks, the screed will have been batched some distance from the site, so the screed will need more water adding, as it will already be starting to react.
