last year it took me forever to find a working phone number for this company to confirm when they were coming out to do my yearly boiler service. this year i find it impossible to find a working phone number they are either not a working number or this number is no longer in use said the American female voice and the office number is permanently engaged [ left of the hook probably ] yet again my boiler service is late thus probably negating my guarantee. i also got a radiator flush last year now the final inline radiator is leaking yellow fluid [ the chemical ] that was used for the flush laying in a pool on the floor again unable to get in contact with this company. direct debit cancelledmaybe they will be in touch to repay me the money.
