Paul installed my washing machine arrived on time was polite and extreemly professional. As always nothing goes to plan due to my old plumbing However paul sorted it out and gave me assurances of the next step if my old pipes didnt stand up. Thats what i liked he had a plan B to reassure me if all else failed. I would recommend paul in an instant and his trainee Dan. Both were marvelous. Indeed im having him back for all my plumbing and heating jobs from now on. Very professional polite and calm and most of all do a fantastic job to the end to your satisfaction. Thanks guys. Sue x
