Sunrise Tools provide specialist equipment for construction, maintenance and service trades. Amongst our offerings are drain cover lifters, dust-free systems for everyday construction tasks and numerous attachments which transform the function of angle grinders and drills. Our Dust Control attachments for angle grinders transform the basic power tool into an efficient system for dust free cutting, raking, chasing or grinding in concrete or mortars. The Electric Repointing guns remove the repetitive physical element of repointing and greatly improve productivity. Manhole Buddy introduced the concept of no-keys cover lifting through use of a compact industrial magnet. Surface Prep machines and consumables have been the bedrock of the business from the outset and dust-free operation has always been an inherent aspect of our offerings.

Dust Control - Angle Grinder Dust Extraction Guards
We provide angle grinder dust control guards for use with grinding disks, sanding pads, cutting, chasing and raking blades, along with dust extractors and industrial vacuums to match.

With the Grinding & Sanding Guards, we have products tailored for specific grinder types with the dust control features required by professional surface preparation or construction trades. In addition, we have dust control items targeted at the occasional or DIY user, that are configurable for a number of popular small format angle grinders.

Our offerings for Cutting & Chasing Guards are similar in that we cater for professional users with items suitable for high intensity dust-free working, such as brick raking or crack chasing, whilst also having options for the less demanding user.

Pointing Tools & Repointing Tools for Mortar Raking and Brickwork
We provide dust-free methods of raking or grinding-out brick joints, refilling the joints with cement or lime mortars and compressing or profiling the joint, also referred to as ironing. The work will variously be referred to as Brick Pointing, Tuck Pointing or Repointing.

Cover Lifting
Sunrise Tools provides magnetic manhole cover lifters, key-based manhole lifters, gully opening tools and vacuum and chain lifting accessories for specialised cover lifting applications, all available for on-line purchasing. Within this range, we can lift all forms of metallic manhole and drain cover, including cast and ductile iron, as well as most types of non-metallic cover.

Concrete Surface Preparation
Our handheld systems and associated consumables are used for dust-free removal of paints and coatings, along with the leveling, smoothing, and keying of concrete surfaces.

Diamond grinding 'cup' disks are best for level reduction and smoothing. They have traditionally been the tool of choice for small area paint and coatings removals. Dust shrouds and grinding disks are available in 125 mm and 180 mm sizes. Flip-front dust shrouds permit working to the floor edge.
