Terrible communication. Ive been chasing an invoice for a month now. Ignoring all emails and letting the phone ring continuously for over 30 mins without picking up. Id rather pay twice the price than use this company again.

As another reviewer just said, I am wondering if Ive been scammed. Ordered 3 worktops Wednesday,its now Monday. Other than automated emails Ive had no communication from this Company.Ive sent 4 emails but no reply. The automated response today had changesd and said Deliveries will Commence 25th May!! I would never have ordered if I knew we were looking at these sort of timescales.

Appalling company. Customer service so bad at one point I wondered had I been scammed. Do not go near - whatever savings you make are not worth the stress of dealing with this company.
