Folding Doors 2 U is a trading name of Trade Conservatories 2 U Ltd.
Established in 2005, the company supplies a range of high specification home improvement products throughout mainland UK including a complete range of aluminium, and timber bifold doors together with a full bespoke range of self build conservatories.

Recognising the strong demand for folding sliding doors, not just in conservatories but as a highly sought after addition into many new home extensions, the company successfully introduced aluminium bifold doors to the product range in 2007 and the substantial demand for this innovative door solution has led to the creation of a specialist division supplying direct to home owners, builders and developers throughout the UK mainland.

Our bifold door products are available for supply only and in many parts of the UK we can now provide a full supply and fit service which ensures that our doors are installed by professional and experienced fitters.

FD2U aluminium bifold doors are manufactured from slim 60mm thermally broken profiles to ensure maximum glass widths can be achieved using the minimum number of panels. There are no additional mullions required between the panels that broaden the sight lines so when panels are folding sliding in the same direction the width of the aluminium from edge of glass to edge of glass is just 132mm.

There is a choice of weathered or low thresholds and with standard solar control double glazing and options such as our exclusive concealed trickle vent facility our Visofold 1000 aluminium bifolding doors have become our best-selling folding door.

Our doors feature an in-line aluminium track system with stainless steel rollers fitted to both top and bottom of sliding panels which ensures a smooth, easy opening and closing operation. For peace of mind hinge fixings and rollers are concealed when the door is closed with high security shoot bolt and hook bolt locking systems fitted as standard.
