I had my bathroom renovated. Richard was helpful in assisting how my ideas could come to life. Plumbing wise he was brilliant BUT... Im still tidying up messy/ uneven grout work and excess adhesive stains a while later!
He dictates emails/ chats to his wife on handsfree/ does admin for other clients while he is working on at your house!
I found this unprofessional as i was paying for my work to be completed.

Richard installed a replacement toilet, sink, bath and shower screen for me. The quality of the work was excellent with attention to the important details like a neat mastic edge. Richard was a very tidy worker and I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
