Tried to charge for materials he had not used and when asked to break it down he couldn’t because he knew he couldn’t . Did half the job then tried to add £186 for materials he had not used, paid him for his labour £200 for a few hours work but then wouldn’t come back to finish the job. Beware thought he wasn’t a decent person.
