Best plumber and fast service by far of any, arrived within the hour of my phone call and assessed the leaking boiler isolated the leak and explained the situation re my boiler after his explanation of the state my boiler was in I decided to go with a new boiler fitting, Joe explained to me that he would source a new boiler the following morning, the next morning Joe’s son Joel arrived approx at 9.00am and commenced the removal of the old boiler and the fitting of the new one , Joel never stopped working right through to 5.30pm and all throughout he kept me fully informed of the progress of the installation of the new boiler, on completion Joel fully explained to me the working of all aspects to the settings on the boiler,I cannot recommend Joe & his son Joel highly enough in this day and age when you need a tradesman urgently and don’t even get a reply after a phone call, Joe & Joel are the tops I can’t thank them enough and would recommend J S Plumbing to all

I contacted Joe late on a Sunday evening as we had water dripping out the bottom of our boiler / water heater. Despite the late hour on a Sunday, Joe was polite, respectful and highly professional. He was at my house within the hour. He isolated the water, stopped the dripping and identified the problem. He was up front about the call-out fee (which was reasonable) and showed me everything he was doing and the area where water was leaking. He is now attempting to get the relevant spare parts and will hopefully fix the boiler / water heater. Alternatively a new one will be fitted. Superb guy, very friendly and very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Joe!

I asked for a quote via text message and they were reluctant to tell me even their call out charges and then because I didn’t answer the phone quick enough, sent me a message saying they know what the problem is but they’re not interested. And if I can’t afford to call, I can’t afford the service. Very rude and not the way to run a business...
