Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole. Bought a property from John and Joanne Stares of J S Builders (East Anglia) Limited through Big Skies Estates of Holt, Norfolk. moving in discovered a plethora of faults including leaking pipes and radiators, waste pipes wedged in place with bits of wood, central heating system not working, damaged garage door, electric sockets hanging off walls, live terminal blocks exposed, flooded garage and the list goes on. A genuine bodge merchant. Now taking legal action. If youre looking for a reputable builder, take my advice and look elsewhere.
