Awful experience
1. Didnt show up on the day promised means we lost out on a days pay, no one called to let us know.
2. Promised to show up between 8-9, turned up at 10.
3. Left garden and spare room a mess. Broken glass down side path and didnt take all of the windows they removed so now have windows with nails out in garden and spare room.
4. Windows left with cavity wall exposed so draft coming through and have shown no interest in repairing the issue.
5. Wooden window sills broken on removal, although it said window sills would be left, now no window sill in bathroom.
6. Bathroom over Christmas left with exposed cavity wall meaning we couldnt shower.
7. No customer service available during opening times, impossible to get in contact with anyone.
Banbury branch is who we have been dealing with and I must say I will never recommend this company.
