We would highly recommend using CWH for your RICS home survey. We had a level 3 survey completed by David who was extremely helpful and thorough with his report which helped us understand issues with our property. He was also happy to give advice after the survey on remedial works to the property.

My experience with C W H Surveyors has been brilliant. I originally contacted one of their surveyors directly to discuss my needs for a home buyers survey.
As a first time buyer, i was very unsure of the process and level of survey I would need. Mr Goodwin was an absolute gem and was happy to explain anything I didn't understand, and made sure I knew what to expect throughout process.
The timeframe for booking the survey was great and I even got a call from the surveyor after they completed the inspection to inform me of how it went.
I got my survey report back within a few days and it was very easy to understand.
