Gives the impression they can do the work, and are going to do the work, so unprofessional. But this is the worst firm I have ever dealt with, no communication at all. You would think they had the decency to say if they could do the work or not, but after a month of keep waiting still nothing. We give them no starts, and say to all keep away from this small little firm.
