I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone searching for a chartered surveyor. He is very friendly, experienced and professional. I contacted him on Friday and he came to visit the property on Monday afternoon. He is easy to get in touch with via phone calls and text messages and he was very understanding about my rush to get the valuation report produced as quickly as possible.
