Steve was very reliable, came when he said he would, started the job when specified. He and Ed worked well together in my ensuite. They stripped everything out taking the debris away. They fitted a new lowered shower tray, and a sink inset in a new cabinet. All the pipes had to be changed. They then fitted a back to the wall toilet. They cleaned up after them well. I could not have had a better team doing my refurbishment and highly recommend them.

I had an appointment with Steve Tapper on Saturday morning for him to come and see my bathroom. I asked him specifically to let me know if he cannot make it as I had to cancel other plans. He sais he NEVER later forget to changing his appointments.
So I waited and waited and he never came or called.
Do not be fooled by his website and his promises.
He is just a liar and timewaster.
