About Extraction Canopy Ltd
Extraction Canopy is a UK company based in the Cambridgeshire town of Peterborough. We have established ourselves as a leading supplier of commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation systems.
All of our products and services are offered nationwide. Our company has had previous experience in the supply of catering equipment, though since 2002 we have concentrated solely on offering commercial kitchen extraction systems, with the highest quality kitchen extraction canopies available at the lowest possible prices. Our canopies are made with 304/430 Grade Stainless Steel and include washable baffle filters, grease collection drawers and 50 mm condense channels, and are constructed in accordance with DW172 guidelines.
Cladding
Extraction Canopy offers interior wall cladding for commercial kitchens, supplementing our kitchen extractor fans and ventilation systems by protecting your interior walls from germs, bacteria, grease-filled air and open flames. Interior wall cladding is the recommended form of wall protection, offering much greater protection than tiling or painting with far less propensity to deteriorate. Wall cladding has no grouting in which bacteria can thrive, and is easy to clean, with just a quick wipe down of the panels needed.
Gas Interlock Systems
It is a legal requirement for all new and refurbished commercial kitchens to have a gas interlock system installed. A gas interlock system connects your gas supply to your kitchen ventilation system and uses a sensor to monitor your ventilation system and extractor fans and ensure that they are working correctly. If they are not, your gas interlock system does not allow the gas supply to be switched on.

Just as no two commercial kitchens are the same, nor will any two commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Extraction Canopy offer bespoke kitchen ventilation systems tailored to the individual requirements of all kinds of commercial kitchens.
