At Apex Training Services in Peterborough, we can offer you both a level 2 and level 3 first aid at work training course to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to administer first aid to people who are in potentially life-threatening situations. ADR TRAINING COURSE
ADR training courses are required for any driver who wishes to deliver dangerous/hazardous goods. Apex continue to offer both the Initial and Refresher courses at our centre in Peterborough.

Drivers carrying goods that are in scope of the ADR regulations are required by law to carry an ADR certificate. The requirement is not determined by the type of vehicle used but by the goods being transported.

An ADR certificate is valid for 5 years. Drivers must take the refresher course and site exams a minimum of 6 clear weeks before the expiry date of their current licence. Should any candidate fail an exam, they will need to re-sit this element within 16 weeks.

PERIODIC DRIVER CPC
Drivers who passed their Car licence prior to January 1997 and their Vocational Licence (Cat C, C+E, D etc.) before September 2009, are required to complete 35 hours of Periodic CPC training every 5 years in order to drive for Hire or Reward.
