Repair work carried out to block paving following water damage. They said, “if we do this work it will never move again” Three years later the same problem has occurred the blocks are not firmly fixed and the cement sub surface is very weak but having originally demanded that we pay for repair now we have queried the quality of the job they are refusing to do anything at all, and are saying we are out of a 2 year guarantee period which was not mentioned in their quote, and their website make several references to 10 year guarantees.

Do not use this company to carry out any work on your driveway. I had a resin driveway installed that ended up cracking. They initially refused to come back to carry out remedial works but then did and left an abortion of a strip of resin that now sticks out like a sore thumb. They are now refusing to come back under guaranteed work obligations saying its nothing to do with them. When exchanging correspondence their director is dismissive and aggressive in manner. They want to get in, get paid, and leave you if you have problems. Your driveway will look good for a short while, but beware long (and not too long) term.
