I paid for roof repair work to be done to stop rainwater pouring down one of the internal bedroom walls onto electric socket points. However, following the repair work, rainwater continued to pour down the same wall. RK Roofing have ignored my many emails/messages over many months asking them to investigate and put right the work. This is despite the fact that I stressed how worried I was about a fire hazard due to the rainwater running onto the electric sockets. Fearful of the fire hazard and now with a complete lack of faith in the company, I have had another roofing company do the work and, hence, we have now paid twice for the same roof repairs. I am writing this review to save others the heartache (and financial impact) of a completely unresponsive company when the work they did wasnt done properly and needed to be fixed.
