I would think very carefully about using this company for building work if you value the relationship with your neighbours . They carried out works at my next door neighbours house and removed part of the boundary wall without any notification, whilst I was away from my house , leaving all the planting I had done over the past 20 years, debris, rubble and all over my back yard . Despite promising to fix the problem verbally, nothing has been forthcoming and the Victorian wall has been left open to the elements . They quite obviously have no respect for neighbouring properties and are prepared to lie to complete projects without taking responsibility for the finish and the surrounding properties affected by their work . Obviously if you dislike your neighbours, and want to add to their stress levels substantially, go ahead and employ them to do your job. They will meet your expectations in that regard at least .
