Aquabathrooms

We were recommended Aquabathrooms by Gardiner Haskins, but were left disappointed by their service and treatment of us. Their £1440 quotation included extensive work to remove tiling and reroute pipework, none of which ended up being necessary. The straight-forward job was completed in less than a day but they immediately demanded payment of the original invoice, despite the invoice stating in the terms "any variation to the work listed or materials required may result in a change to the final cost". On top of this, the work was substandard. There was missing sealant around bath and missing grouting on tilework (exposing MDF to water), the sink plug mechanism was broken and there was insufficient clearance with cupboard door and floor to open. I had to remedy these issues at my own time and expense. I didnt want to have to write a bad review, but feel it is important to draw attention to my experience for future people considering using Aquabathrooms.
