Our standard service includes all forms and letters to satisfy local authority planning and building regulation submission; including design and access statements, flood risk assessments, local advertising and public/community consultation processes.

We carry out our work promptly and efficiently.

We aim to provide the client with a full set of planning drawings for their approval within four weeks of the survey date (dependant on scheme).

We keep our work competitively priced by allocating every aspect of your job to the appropriate person - why pay a fully qualified architect to fill in your planning forms when, with us, this is carried out much more cost effectively by our qualified admin team. Our fees are based on fixed competitive rates.
