Every promise under the sun was made by them at the time of the sale. Money in full was paid in April. Still waiting for the job to be completed. Splashbacks were installed on 2 separate occasions with colour of splashbacks distinctly different (Amir Butt claims no difference in colour - clearly the guy needs to go specsavers).
Decided on installing a metal strip to just finish the job and have nothing more to do with this company.
However excuses after excuses,  They dont reply to messages or emails, cant believe it takes 12 weeks to cut a strip of metal and install (still waiting).
Avoid this company, customer service is non existent. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will definitely report to trading standards and taking legal action.
Owner / Company Director is Amir Butt (Amir Amir on Facebook) has no idea of customer service or how to run a business. They are now setting up in Yorkshire and as far as I know now, made a runner from slough (rogue traders).
