If I could, I’d give them zero stars. The office staff is appallingly unprofessional—resorting to calling customers “cheeky” when questioned about their incompetence and complete lack of responsiveness. Our lift has been out of service for over six weeks, and their staff remains utterly clueless. To make matters worse, this breakdown happened mere weeks after they supposedly "fixed" it—the previous outage lasting a month.

There’s absolutely no accountability. Engineers visit, do nothing of substance, and the problem remains unresolved. Meanwhile, they’re being paid handsomely for a job that’s been mishandled at every turn due to poor management. The office staff is so untrained that they suggested contacting an "estate agent" instead of the property manager.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs—they’re utterly incompetent and unfit for purpose
