SOL Property Maintenance's proprietor, Shaun O Loughlin, has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry.

Shaun trained to become a City and Guilds Craft Carpenter and spent twelve years as a Site Joiner. Shaun then became involved in Project Management and was employed for eight years as a hands-on Site Manager; responsible for building, renovating and maintaining private, public and commercial buildings.

Shaun's quality of work and uncompromising professional standards led him to establish his own business. His extensive experience across a wide range of construction and property maintenance related areas means that quality, skill and experience are evident in all his work.

The ethos of SOL Property Maintenance is to provide a complete service with the minimum of fuss and give 100% customer satisfaction.

Shaun is registered with the Construction Skills Register and is working towards accreditation with the Guild of Master Craftsmen.
