I booked an appointment with Scott Cannon to address damp problem in our kitchen and utility areas. All confirmed and agreed but Scott didnt show up on the day of the appointment. He didnt tell us why nor reply to our texts or calls to say if he was coming. We were waiting all day long at home for him, after having re arranged our schedule to be off work on the day. How unprofessional of Scott Cannon and what a waste of our time. We could have booked another contractor in to do the work. Definitely dont recommend Cannon Preservation.
