All composite and double glazed upvc doors are supplied complete with frame and fitting instructions and are manufactured with high specification 70mm profile and come with a high security locking system as standard. Abacas also supply double glazed windows with 60 mm quality profiles and pilkington energy A or B glaze.

Composite doors have the look and feel of a timber door, yet never need re-painting or maintaining. The composite door itself is made up from a hard outer fibreglass skin and then filled inside with a dense foam material. Our composite doors are guaranteed never to warp, twist, bow or discolour.
With nearly 1000 composite doors to choose from, you're certain to find the right combination of design, colour, glass and door fixtures to suit your home.
Our composite doors are fitted with Yale locks with a multi point locking system as standard. The composite doors are approved under the Secured by Design scheme , combined with an integral frame and a highly durable GRP covering. GRP stands for 'Glass Reinforced Plastic' and is what makes up the skin of our composite doors. The skin is 3mm thick, rock hard and does not react to heat, meaning it will last for many years to come. The composite doors are tested by the British Standards Institute in their test chambers, by spraying two litres of water every minute at directly at the door, each is also tested in a pressurised chamber to simulate gusting winds up to the equivalent of 80 miles per hour. That's stronger than a hurricane.
