We have unfortunately had a very poor experience with Heightsafe after many years of positive dealings in the past. Our roof, which had previously passed inspection with no remedial work required, was later made unsafe due to actions taken by Heightsafe’s own engineers during subsequent visits.
Despite their initial acknowledgment of fault and assurances that the issue would be resolved, we have faced repeated delays and miscommunication. Subcontractors were sent to site multiple times without clear instructions or pre-notes, and we have been passed between several different team leaders with little progress or accountability.
We are now left with an unsafe roof and expected to cover the cost ourselves while another company is brought in to make repairs to two buildings.
It’s disappointing to see how far the company’s service standards have fallen. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to avoid using Heightsafe.

We are very happy with the new Safety Line systems that have been installed at one of The Trade Centre’s new showrooms. Heightsafe’s professionalism paired with their quick responses, services, and friendly staff are just what you will n eed. Additional information was also provided throughout the process, allowing for my own knowledge to grow.
