Ken responded quickly to my enquiry with a competitive quote and pointing work commenced the next week as arranged. The hardworking team were friendly, punctual and tidied up each day. Brilliant high standard workmanship and also used a weather protective sealant for the brick walls. Super impressed with brickwork! Highly recommend K&W Pointing.

Do not use this company. Terrible terrible customer service. Doesn't come when he says he will. Eventually did the job and then faced with terrible quality of workmanship. Promised to rectify over and over and I chased and chased. He is now ignoring my messages despite saying over and over he would come and fix his work. Awful.

So disappointed with the work carried out. Gaps left in the pointing and cement everywhere. Promised so much and delivered very little. Damaged the property, windows facia boards and soffits, all round the house. Left a filthy mess when they went. No way would I ever recommend them.

My experience of K & M Pointing:

1. The job was started two weeks later than Ken agreed. Theres nothing wrong with this but it would have been nice for Ken to let us know what was happening.

2. Ken sent a young guy to remove the old pointing from the front of our three-storey house and after he raked it all out we realised he hadnt gone deep enough. He then had to come back and do the job again.

3. During the raking out the guy seriously scratched a large number of bricks, we have been quoted several thousand pounds by a company to get new ones sourced and the damaged ones replaced.

4. Ken refused to rectify the scratched bricks and said he wanted to get paid and we should find someone else to point it. All he is interested in is making a quick buck and is happy to do a shoddy job.
