We had wooden gates and the electric mechanism installed by Sean in August 2019. The gates started to show signs of poor construction in November 2019 and we contacted Sean to ask him about a repair. He eventually came to look in December 2019 and conceded these were at their fault, and would arrange for removal and repair. This was agreed for January. Unfortunately, they were not removed, and we have chased on numerous occasions before they were eventually removed in February 2020. The gates have been taken away for repair for almost 6 weeks and despite numerous efforts to request they are reinstalled we are still without.

The communication by Sean has been awful, not responding to messages and failing to achieve dates he had advised us on - without even letting us know.
We are now almost 5 months into the gates being unfit for purpose, thousands of pounds out of pocket and seemingly unlikely to have them fitted anytime soon. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
