About Direct Pumps & Tanks

Matrix One Tank System

2 Years Warranty
2 Years Free Service (conditional) on our Matrix Systems

The Matrix system has been tested for 38 weeks in Germany for BS EN 12566-Pt3 and has produced some of the best results in the market place, 20BOD-30SS-20NH4 being the standard to achieve.

We actually achieved a 96.2% treatment efficiency ratio which equates to 11BOD-16SS-7NH4 this has enabled us to market our product in the market place.

Since July 2009 only manufacturers with this certification have been able to sell treatment plants in the UK and Europe.

The Matrix treatment plants are offered with a 2 year warranty on both tanks and blower, our price also includes for a compressor failure alarm system as standard, which will also form part of the mandatory requirements come July.

Our Rain Harvesting Products:

Underground Rain Harvesting Products

Rain Box

The 'Rain Box' unit is used for the management and distribution of rain water.
The unit detects the lack of water in both rainwater and mains collections systems and corrects it to guarantee that the system operates correctly (or rather, it never lets the identified users run out of water).
The system is generally limited to irrigation, washing machines, W.C.'s and floor cleaning systems.

The main objective of the 'Rain Box' system is to give priority to the use of rainwater over that of the mains water.

When the rainwater contained in the collection tank is insufficient, the control unit passes to the mains water supply thereby ensuring a flow of water at all times.

The connection between the rainwater collection tank and mains water is via a solenoid valve, a float switch, which is located in the rainwater collection tank and is set to detect low levels, when it switches over the solenoid valve is activated and part fills the tank with mains water.

Rain Box Duo

The 'Rain Box Duo' unit is used for the management and distribution of rain water.

The unit detects the lack of water in both rainwater and mains collections systems and corrects it to guarantee that the system operates correctly (or rather, it never lets the identified users run out of water).

The system is for commercial irriagtion use, washing machines, W.C.'s and floor cleaning systems.

The main objective of the 'Rain Box Duo' system is to give priority to the use of rainwater over that of the mains water.

When the rainwater contained in the collection tank is insufficient, the control unit passes to the mains water supply thereby ensuring a flow of water at all times.

The 'Rain Box Duo' is a small compact system making it easy to store and keep hidden. It is a two pump system designed for duty/standby or duty assist to ensure reliable pumping for high demand situations.

The connection between the rainwater collection tank and mains water is via a solenoid valve, a float switch, which is located in the rainwater collection tank and is set to detect low levels, when it switches over the solenoid valve is activated to allow mains water via an air gap into the system.

'The Garden Angel' Irrigation System

This garden angel is designed to be connected to an outside tap or underground hozelock connector (available from DP&T).

The pump is submersed in the chamber and is activated by a drop in pressure when the tap or connection is opened.

The pump is stopped by the build up of pressure once the tap or connector is closed.

The garden angel is a gardeners dream, allowing you to collect rain water and re-use it for irrigating the garden or washing the car.

The system comes complete with the cleverly designed, self controlling jet pump with dry run protection and an easy fit filter for your down pipe to allow for easy installation.

Above Ground Systems
A durable, premier garden system for rain water storage and pumping.

The 'Above Ground System' is a practical alternative to underground rainwater systems.

Includes a self-priming jet pump capable of pumping water to a height of 42 metres. Each tank is 750L, a massive 165 gallons. Its attractive modern design has a space saving footprint. By its clever design each tank is easily linked to the next using a 32mm reinforced hose.
