Service provided by this company is a joke and headache for the contractor. I paid for a weekly toilet emptying and after 4 weeks had to cancel the hire as it wasn’t emptied even once..! Calling customer service twice a week for two weeks didn’t help. Emails left without reply. Toilet was full and couldn’t be used for 3 weeks but no discount or refund. To end the contact you need to pay everything they want in advance otherwise the hire will continue. It is a trap. So we wasted money, didn’t receive any service and had to explain ourselves to the investor for the inconvenience of smelly toilet…

euroloo Tanker Sizes
The standard size Vacuum Tankers that will attend your home or business premises for both domestic and commercial septic tank emptying will be 3,000 gallons and weigh around 28 tons. With this tanker the driver will need to be able to get the tanker easily, safely unrestricted into a position on level hard standing within 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) or 90 ft of the actual tank lid to be emptied with our suction pipes.
If your septic tank is further than 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) from where we can safely park the tanker we will need advance warning as we only carry 30 metres (25 metres in Scotland) of pipework as standard on tankers. However if prior notice is given that additional pipework is required and is shown on your order confirmation we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate this but only in England, we regret that we are unable to do this in Scotland at this time.
Important Note
Please note that at this time of year we will not drive across grass lawns or fields to access tanks, we need to be on hard standing as our vehicles are around 28 tons with details of approximate.

Will They Freeze In Cold Weather?
All of our toilets that require it, are supplied with the necessary chemicals to ensure they do not freeze during extremely cold conditions. If you’re expecting extremely cold conditions however, we will advise you place toilets behind a suitable wind break/shelter and where possible, insulate them. Some clients have been known to stack hay bales around them etc.

If you’ve decided to rent portable toilets for a party or an event, the first thing you’ll need to do is decide on a number. There are a few different things to consider before coming to this number. They include number of people in attendance, number of days you’ll need them and whether or not attendees will have access to food and drink.
