Over the past 15 years Flynn Crane Hire in Ireland has excelled and grown to meet the requirements of the construction sector. We can offer our customers a choice from our comprehensive fleet to meet their requirements, ranging from 25 tonne to 160 tonne mobile cranes, and our self erector crane.
We have built up a vast and extensive range of Trucks ranging from Rigids, Artics & Hi-Ab, transporting anything from Air Handling Units to machines. We can also offer transportation to the UK & Europe.
In the last 5 years we have introduced Skating / Jacking into our range of expertise we can offer. We can officially pride ourselves on currently being the only company in Ireland offering this service, with our constructive planning and highly skilled team the installation of machines is done with great ease.
Site Surveys will be done upon request when customers make an enquiry. Lift Plans and Method Statements are a requirement on all sites and will be articulated to meet the WIP. We have a reliable Team who are all accredited with the relevant passes/certificates.
With Depots in Dublin and Wicklow, Flynn Crane Hire Ireland are not geographically restricted and can offer a nationwide service.

- Mobile Self Erector A Self-erector is a tower crane that is designed to be easily and rapidly transported and erected, these cranes can be erected and ready to use within 15 – 30 minutes of landing on site. It is an ideal crane for busy sites or cities where there is not adequate space for other machines to operate, whilst providing excellent height and lifting capacity.

Flynn Crane Hire new 80 ton crane
80ton Grove GMK 4080-1 (New) was purchased early last year. This model is a powerful all terrain crane with a hoist of impressive features. Maximum lift of 80ton and with a 21m max jib length. It comes standard with a turbo charged water cooled six cylinder Mercedes Benz type diesel engine which produces up to 389hp and with a ZF-AS Tronic automatic transmission system. The load moment and independent anti two block system provides electronic displays of a host of parameters like boom radius, height, length, tip maximum permissible load and load indicators. It comes with an advanced control interface that gives the operator full electronic control of all crane movements. Each wheel on the 4080 comes standard with an individual Megatrak suspension system with hydraulic lockout.

Flynn Crane Hire add to their fleet
220 ton Grove GMK 5220 was just added to the fleet in 2017. This crane consists of a 5axle crab steer and is suitable for all terrain mobile crane. Maximum lift of 220tonne @ 2.5m radius with variable outrigger settings. Equipped with Grove’s unique twin lock system. It has a fully hydraulic, seven section main boom length of 223 feet. All wheel multiple mode steering provides unrivalled job site mobility and the exclusive Megatrak suspension system enhances drivability and traction both on an off the road. Combined with fast highway speeds and excellent off road performance, the Grove GMK5220 is both efficient and capable.
