Should our standard units not meet your requirements then we can custom build to your specific needs. We can manufacture these buildings using a range of colours and finishes for roofing, cladding, windows and doors. Internally these can be fitted out for any use e.g. offices, laboratories, kitchens, bathrooms, shower room, classrooms, etc. All fittings suited to a conventional concrete building can also be included in a prefabricated building e.g. air conditioning, suspended ceilings, sprinkler systems, fire and security alarms, etc.

Modular Buildings – Designed with the future in mind
The modular building design system combines the most modern techniques with the most advanced materials. This system uses individual galvanised steel frames to rapidly construct buildings of multiple storeys and of unlimited internal space which can be tailor made to suit any purpose.

Although the principle is very simple, the modular system creates highly sophisticated structures with the durability to withstand the most rigorous demands. The core strength of the steel framed building is adaptability. Units are available in a wide range of sizes and can be linked side by side or end to end. Thus, whether it be a multi department office, new school, single classroom, créche or medical centre this building system can serve any purpose.

Our jackleg units have a maintenance free steel exterior with top opening PVC double glazed windows. Internal finishes can be either powder coated steel or painted plasterboard. Customers have a choice of floor covering; standard vinyl, heavy duty vinyl, carpet or carpet tiles.

Anti Vandal Units and Containers
When you need a secure office/storage space look no further than our range of anti-vandal cabins and storage containers. Anti-vandal cabins range in size from 1.2m x 1.2m’ to 12m x 3.6m and can have all the features of our standard jack-leg cabin units. The anti-vandal unit with its robust steel exterior is a completely secure unit whilst offering the luxury of our standard units internally.

Anti-vandal units and containers can be supplied in a range of colours to suit the customers’ needs. They come with a lockable steel window shutter and 3mm steel door with a 5 lever high security lock.

Mains Toilets
We have a large range of mains toilets to cater for all requirements. The standard jack leg units which vary in size from 1.2m x 1.2m to 12m x 3.6m can be arranged to accommodate any number of toilets, male and female, to suit our customers individual requirements. We also cater for individuals with special needs.

We can provide VIP toilets for special events fitted out with nonslip vinyl floor covering, vanity units, soap dispensers, hand dryers, towel holders and mirrors. Typical uses for these toilets will include – building sites, festivals, sporting events, classrooms, etc.

Education
Spacecab is one of the leading suppliers to the Department of Education, ETB, colleges and community education centres throughout the country. We carry out all civil works, access solutions, planning applications and fire certificates required.

The classrooms are a modular building with an attractive exterior and are available in a range of different colours. Custom designed doors and fascia can be manufactured to match existing buildings. The interior have smart, easy-clean pre-finished plasterboard walls. Bright heavy duty floor covering and Large Upvc double glazed windows provide natural light. These are fully fitted out with electrical and mechanical features as per the Departments guidelines.
