The work force are older and very experienced. The owner was unreal in what he expected from his staff treating some better than others making a them and us devid. He would sack you and drop of a hat and really didn't make it a nice place to work. Run everything on a budget and very unsafe. For a man who has never work on site he always thought he knew best. Just a bully who picked on the weak
