James Durrant visited pool, measured up, derisory about previous work done. I made no comment. Said he needed a structural engineers report in order to quote and I had to arrange it. He wasn’t even present at survey. Engineer gave a verbal report but James did not quote even though he was contacted. Cannot recommend in such circumstances – unreliable and wasted my time
