We paid £20,000. Nothing but excuses. Forgot to put order in, Brexit, van stolen, needs to sell some property etc. They will not return calls now. More than 12 months later and I fear our money is lost to these ******.

I have been trying to get in contact with you for over 2 weeks now but no luck, I have paid a deposit and an interim payment for windows and doors but now feel like I’ve been left to dry. It’s been 4 months since I placed an order but haven’t heard anything back. What do I need to do to talk to someone about my order? I will wait for another week before I take further action as I feel like I’ve been mugged off.
