Since 1996, Building Services Controls Ltd has provided control solutions both for new construction projects and for refurbishment projects throughout Wales and the UK. Our client base crosses both public and private sectors, and we offer systems to meet all needs, from the most basic requirements, to the state of the art solutions that today's modern building demands. 

Our reputation has been established over the years, not only for our solutions, but for the service we provide. We pride ourselves on working closely with designers, contractors and end users alike, and are available to advise and support at each stage of the implementation process. 

We feel privileged to have been involved in some of the most prestigious buildings that have been constructed in South Wales, providing, in many instances, high end technical solutions that assist towards the accreditation of BREEAM points in the pursuit of BREEAM excellence.
