Warmfloors Ltd was born in 2004 as a retailer for electric underfloor heating “kits”. We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings and have grown rapidly into one of the countries most respected underfloor heating installers and repairers, boasting a huge portfolio or both private and commercial projects.

We now design, plan and install water underfloor heating systems across the UK helping thousands of people across the county gain a better, more economical way of heating their homes and places of work. Our highly experienced team of installers and repairers help us deliver an unrivalled level of service ensuring your heating systems are installed correctly, and maintained properly.

Domestic Installation
Are you thinking of installing underfloor heating in your home? It’s an efficient way of keeping your property warm during winter and it removes the need for radiators on your walls. The WarmFloors Ltd team has been fitting underfloor heating since 2004 and we’ve perfected the installation process.

We offer an all-in-one service meaning we design the system, lay the network of pipes, connect the boiler, and liquid screed the base flooring. There are few companies out there that offer the trouble-free start-to-finish service we provide.

Domestic Floor Screeding
Liquid screeds have come a long way in the last couple of years. The benefits to liquid screed has been proven time and time again to save time, money and improve the heating output from underfloor heating systems.

Early liquid screeds where manufactured from Gypsum which is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate also known as “Anhydrite” or the tradename “Gyvlon”

Since the introduction of Gypsum based screeds we now have Cement based liquid screeds also known as Cemfloor or Longfloor. Cement liquid screeds offer the advantage of rapid curing, easy tiling and less preparation work for the final floor covering.

Typical liquid screeds are supplied from the concrete plant in large mixer wagons, then poured into our pump and pumped into your home or building with high levels of efficiency meaning we keep to our schedule and don’t hold up your plans either.

Maintenance Agreements
Annual Maintenance Contracts can cover just about anything that your home needs as long as it can be maintained. It’s simply an agreement between you and us to provide services on a regular basis under the terms of an agreement.

Warm Water Repair Service
Water underfloor heating systems from time to time require a little bit of TLC, after a year or so the system may begin to struggle to warm the floors and heat certain zones.

Most plumbers and tradesmen don’t feel comfortable touching underfloor heating systems and this is where we come in as underfloor heating repair specialists.

We offer a repair service to customers who are having underfloor heating problems or have had a bad experience and the installer has washed their hands of it and won’t come back. We will come to your property, take on impartial look at the system and listen to your experiences to get the system back up to full working speed in no time!
