Ian and his men did a major renovation and building project for me, that involved construction, plasterwork, plumbing, and carpentry. I found Ian very helpful, and the work, by and large, excellent. There were one or two hiccups along the way, but Ian reacted promptly in each case, and we sorted them out to everyone's satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian and his company, K.H. Construction.

Ian KIngsley and his men took on an unfinished job at a time when I was desperate, and are working on it with admirable speed, thoroughness and care. The builder who was doing my kitchen extension and garden room (Dean Osbourne - do NOT use him) left the house incomplete, defective in many ways and both uncertifiable and uninhabitable. It is not an enviable job mopping up someone else's mess. Ian took this on partly out of kindness, and has been reliable, easy to communicate with and scrupulous. He has kept me informed, been in constant touch with the Building Inspectors to make sure that everything is in order and moving towards being signed off. I don't know what I would have done without KH Construction''s timely and very professional help.
