Affordable Housing
With over 35 years experience working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, we have a wealth of experience in delivering general needs, wheelchair housing and housing for older people.

We have a proven track record working directly with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers within the London Boroughs and Home Counties.

From small single developments up to large housing estates of 30+ units, from planning application stage, up to full detail drawings through to project completion.

We aim to integrate the architecture and landscape to create a welcoming living environment for all residents, with every project being designed to incorporate the highest levels of design, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Accessibility Projects
In this specialist area we work closely with Clients, the Court of Protection and Care Team to alter and adapt homes so they continue to be enjoyed completely unchallenged.

During litigation we look at the existing property to see what can be achieved with simple adaptions but also looking to future proof their property to save on costly adaptions again at a later stage.

New properties are also assessed where all the clients needs can be fully met in a bespoke solution.

A home is our biggest assist and working with Deputies we carryout planned maintenance inspections to ensure the property is well maintained.

We are a Regulated by RICS Firm of Chartered Surveyors with a wealth of experience in the public and private sector, covering all types of property to provide a wide range of surveying services.

Our MRICS Surveyors serve a broad range of clients across Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors.
