RESITRIX®
RESITRIX® is the only hybrid waterproofing membrane that combines the advantages of synthetic rubber / EPDM and high-quality polymer-modified bitumen. Thanks to the polymer bitumen layer on the underside, the material can be laid on almost any substrate and welded easily, quickly and safely with a hot-air gun without any open flame. The independent testing institute Süddeutsches Kunststoff Zentrum (SKZ) certifies that RESITRIX® has a service life of more than 50 years.

For every kind of flat roof
There is a solution for all of the requirements and mechanical stress criteria relating to flat roofs and building waterproofing: our waterproof RESITRIX® waterproofing membranes. In a unique combination of materials, RESITRIX® unites the excellent properties of EPDM with the proven advantages of high-quality polymer-modified bitumen in a highly flexible, single-layer sealing membrane.

Fast and safe installation
Our RESITRIX® waterproofing membranes can also be easily and safely welded together with a hot-air gun without any open flames thus avoiding fire risk. The underside of the waterproofing membrane can be welded with hot air, so that you can freely choose the width of the connecting and finishing strips, thereby reducing material losses. A visual inspection is sufficient to check the hot-air welding: A clearly visible bead of bitumen indicates proper weld.

HERTALAN®
HERTALAN® Easy Cover is a sustainable EPDM membrane roofing system which can provide every flat roof with a durable EPDM waterproofing.

Our special hot bonding technique (vulcanisation) can weld EPDM sheets together at our factory, this way HERTALAN® produces an EPDM flat roofing system that can virtually seal an entire roof at once. We can produce membranes up to 30m in length and in various widths up to 20m, reducing the number of laps required on site.

There are big advantages to working with EPDM membranes. The number of seams and accordingly risks are kept to an absolute minimum.

HERTALAN® easy cover EPDM membranes have excellent properties and are suitable for exposure to UV and ozone radiation without ageing and therefore can be used as adhered and mechanically fixed systems without the requirement for additional surface protection.


ALUTRIX®
ALUTRIX® 600 and ALUTRIX® FR are highly resistible vapour barriers consisting of a reinforced aluminium compound. Both products are especially suited for installation on profiled steel decking. They can be walked on and are resistant to penetration. ALUTRIX® vapour barriers can be used on constructions which are highly-stressed by humidity, such as swimming pools or sports halls, without any problem.

ARBOFLEX® PU
ARBOFLEX® PU is a single component liquid made from pure polyurethane.

The material properties of ARBOFLEX® PU enable it to be airtight and waterproof on a range of substrates. ARBOFLEX® PU is brush or roller applied and for best results should be applied to the following surfaces:
