About Aintree Concrete Pumping

We are experts in hard-to-access areas, and offer helpful advice and competitive pump hire rates for commercial domestic and industrial projects. Take a look at our gallery to see some of our recent concrete pours with major contractors / civil engineers, as well as DIY jobs.

We have worked hard to build up a good reputation, and aim to maintain it through excellent customer service and relations, and keeping up to date with the latest technology. We also like to here from our customers so we can invest in the right equipment to meet your needs.

Why Pump It?
  • It’s a modern alternative to wheelbarrowing

  • More cubic metres of concrete can be placed per hour than other methods

  • A concrete pump places concrete faster and more accurately with less labor than any other method. A job that takes five men two and a half hours to pour would only take three men one hour to pump. Contractors who pump consistently report labor savings of 50 percent compared to truck dumping.

  • Concrete can be placed over, under, around or behind obstacles

  • Ideal for hard-to-access areas

  • Concrete can be placed in less than 6 minutes

  • Eliminates the need for cranes, buckets, elevators and wheelbarrows

  • Spills are minimised

  • We can pump anything from 0.5 to 500 cubic metres, and we can pump concrete any distance required

  • A mobile concrete pump can place concrete for new builds, footings, slabs, extensions, bridges, swimming pools, subsidence work, stairs, columns, beams, cellars, flooring, general building, etc.

Why Use Us?
Our modern fleet of truck-mounted boom pumps incorporating five section and four section boom technology with radio remote and one-side support (oss) systems means we can meet your requirements, however demanding. We pride ourselves on an exemplary safety record which we have achieved through fully trained and experienced operators. Due to our high standards of continuing maintenance, breakdowns are extremely rare, allowing your concrete pour to run stress free with ease. Aintree Concrete Pumping is committed to providing a quality, reliable service with a ‘can do’ attitude, and with over 35 years of experience in concrete pumping we can help you through every step of the pour, however large or small.

Concrete Pump Hire for ICFs
ICFs are insulated concrete forms for poured concrete walls mostly made out of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) reinforced with steel or plastic ties that stay in place as a permanent part of the wall assembly, providing thermal and acoustic insulation which reduces the carbon emissions on the environment. The Polystyrene form also acts as a backing for plasterboard on the interior, and a brick, timber or render on the exterior.

ICFs have grown in popularity both with major contractors and DIY enthusiasts, and are rapidly changing the way we build, as everyone wants to reduce energy consumption.

Our Trucks

M37 Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
The M37 Mobile concrete Pump - “The most versatile pump on truck 6×4: compact boom 5 section and light weight.” Thanks to the boom with 5 sections with “Z” folding type, this pump is suitable for jobsites both big and small, works inside factories, viaducts, bridges and under bridges and deep castings like excavations, underground parking and foundations.

M35 Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
Pump model Zenith 5Z35 is the suitable choice as far as flexibility, dynamism and reliability are concerned. Thanks to the boom with 5 sections with “Z” folding type, this model is suitable for jobsites both big and small, works inside galleries, viaducts, bridges and under bridges.

M24 Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
The M24 is a pump in a field of its own. With its compact dimensions and four extremely flexible boom sections, it works in the tightest of spaces. The M24 has a low unfolding height of just 4.84 m, making it ideal in low-roofed buildings, tunnel operation, and under bridges etc.

M21 Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
This concrete pump Zenith 4ZR21 City-Pump, thanks to "ZR" folding boom with a minimum opening of 4.2 m and pipeline Ø 125 mm, is the best solution for city areas of difficult access where medium-size concrete pumps have difficulties in placing and operating boom.

The Line Pump
The Moli Pump/Line Pump: this is an ideal machine where space is limited, restricting the use of our boom pumps, and where lower cubic metres outputs per hour are required. This machine is ideal for the small builder, domestic, DIY use, where smaller quantities of concrete, ideally 4 loads and under, are needed to be placed and for use with volumetric on site mixes.
