Did a conversion from oil to gas, left the system in a unsafe state where the gas regulator had to send a report to get the work finished, now we have no heating, all we hear is I’ll get up to sort it but nothing and now he won’t take our call. He’s left us with no heating at this time if the year - dreadful service
