Save yourself time money and hassle and avoid this unprofessional company selling sub standard parts. Bought three expensive items from them. One needed a warranty replacement within a month, another never worked. Sent out the wrong part, then waiting 2 months for the correct part all the time additional plumbers fees accumulated. Damaged my property ignored all letters, threatened legal actions then eventually compensated me for damage. Eventually sent a part and from day one my shower still does not work. Ignored all letters for resolution and eventually responded to legal proceedings refunded me my shower but I am still out of pocket for plumbing fees because of ignorance arrogance and incompetence of this very unprofessional company, avoid.
