Avoid as hell
The pumping system broke a year ago and I called New Haden Pumps for repairs (it was their original installation). I was told that the digital control panel was no longer supported, and I needed a new analogue one. After being installed by another crew, the system broke again. The 3rd crew told that it was not the panel’s problem but one of the floaters and chopped if off. The 4th crew found that the exhaust pipe was blocked. The 5th crew found no blockage at all but wrong wiring of the pumps in the new control by the 3rd crew. The 6th crew cut out yet another floater, leaving everything in the manual configuration. Waiting for the 7th crew (always different engineers) for restoring the system to its original state, already for a month. One year and £4K later, it is time to find another company. No one can be worse than craftsmen from New Haden Pumps. Not surprisingly, they always ask for advanced payments as no sane person would pay for the service delivered.
