At RocBloc we look to provide our customers with high quality paving and hardscape products, recognising the individual needs of each and every client and tailoring our product range to meet those needs.

RocBloc takes a whole new angle on the business of manufacturing and supplying natural stone paving, walling stone and specialist aggregates. After four years of development we have perfected our process to mimic the natural aging effect of stone in a riverbed. The high quality finish of our natural stone products is unique and instantly recognisable.

The company sources UK indiginous stone off-cuts from some of the major dimension stone producers. Most of our supply is of buff/grey yorkstone but other stone types and colours are available. The appeal of stone is that, as a natural product, its colour and texture varies. This adds tonal variation to the finished build. Our products are manufactured from stone sourced from different quarries. This allows us to adjust the degree of colour variation to suit the clients requirements.

Paving
At RocBloc we produce a range of paving products which, we believe, stand in a class of their own. What justifies this claim? After many years of development we can now produce the finest tumbled effect across all our paving range.
Our tumbling process mimics the natural wearing of stone in a riverbed. This produces a soft aged effect which is 'natural' in texture and visually very pleasing, presenting the natural stone colours and texture at their best.

Pitched face tumbled walling stone
Pitched faced walling stone showing the soft aged effect of our tumbling process. This picture is of 75mm walling stone. The main part is buff yorkstone with a double band of gritstone at the customer’s request. The face can be darkened prior to tumbling to give a close match to secondhand stone.

Made to Order - Special Stone Features.
Customers who require a special stone feature to provide the finishing touch to a project can rely on our made to order service.
Each enquiry is tailored for the specific project. We will work from your own designs or are happy to make suggestions for your approval. Most projects benefit from the addition of focal points and bespoke character. This is why the architecture of the past is so endearing to most of us. The inclusion of unique features for reason of design, taste or mere whim, will produce 'personality' in the finished project. It then somehow feels more like our own!
This example shows a stone feature giving the finishing touch to a stone gable end.
