Saw Sharpening by our Saw Doctors is done in house on CNC HSS Saw, TCT Saw Blades Grinders, and Spindle Moulder Tooling can be made to order, as can many other Woodworking Cutters & Knives.

Saw Blade & Tooling Sharpening

Be it Tungsten Carbide Tipped saw blades, router cutters, planer blades or any other type of tooling, once the sharp edge goes then the finish that is produced diminishes and more load is placed on the motor. To prevent this from happening blades should be sharpened on a regular basis. The cost of sharpening compared to the cost of replacing a blade that is so badly worn it can never get its edge back is just sound business practice.
